American Business Women's Association (ABWA), located in South Boston,
Virginia, U.S.A.. We are happy to make your acquaintance!
What we are doing locally is the same thing that
ABWA is doing nationally, bringing together businesswomen of diverse occupations and
providing opportunities for them to help themselves and others grow personally and professionally through leadership, education, networking support and national recognition.

2009 SCHOLARSHIP
APPLICATION INFORMATION
Thanks to all of the ABWA volunteers, the South
Boston High School, the members of the Halifax County 4-H Club, the 90+ vendors who participated, and all of the fair attendees, the
2008 Holiday Living Show was a success. We are pleased to
announce that we, once again, have scholarship money to award to
some deserving students.
Students interested in applying for an ABWA
scholarship can either pick up an application at the Halifax Public
Library, the South Boston Public Library, the Halifax County High
School Guidance Department, or simply fill out and print the online
copy of the 2009 Scholarship Application by clicking on the picture of
the application below.
Please note that completed,
signed applications, along with all of the required attachments, must
be received by February 15, 2009. Applications received after
February 15, 2009 will not be considered.
